Cross cultural experience

LPL trainees work in local German project teams to gain practical experience. Furthermore, they spend a period of time working in another branch to encourage collaboration between the LPL offices. Fortunately, Till Jakob Schwarze, who is usually based in Bremen, was able to complete his rotation at LPL Malaysia's Kuala Lumpur office as part of a joint project with our Malaysian team.
